Amaana Hands, Inc. began collecting funds for relief efforts in the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda. Responding to a quickly rising death toll and catastrophic destruction, Amaana Hands consulted with local authorities, Muslim Relief Organizations and global partners to assess the situation on the ground and ensure survivors’ immediate needs were addressed. Amaana Hands, Inc. partnered with local and international NGOs to send in urgently requested medical and humanitarian supplies to the hardest hit areas.
